Interesting, even though as you mentioned your HP Pavilion TPC-F124-MT has a mere 180 watt power supply, apparently it can be fitted with a Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 according to HP Pavilion TPC-F124-MT Ryzen 5 3400G 3.7 GHz - SSD 128 GB + HDD 1 TB - 16GB | Back Market, which happens to be very similar to a Radeon RX 6400 4GB's power draw of around 75 watt (TDP).
Kind Regards,

hi
You should have checked the manufacturer's recommendations for the specific card you purchased.
Amd, recommends, for this type of card at least 350w, this may vary depending on the manufacturer / model chosen

this model is very recent, I can't find anything here?

I have tested now in Heaven benchmark and i have played Leag of legends 40 min in 1080p mid settings with MSI Rx 6400 4gb ddr6, for now everything is good but i still dont know if its good for power supply 180w.

I admit to being a bit confused @kisanti
Have you tried it and it seems to work?
Which model is it exactly, because if a certain power is recommended, there may be a problem at some point?
What I don't understand either, because that's why I asked you, in the image you indicate,
And the one we gave you as an example does not correspond to what you indicated.

we read below M01-f1913ng
model that can be found on the HP site, unlike the other reference

Why these questions, because if we have the exact model, in the event of a problem with this power supply unit, we could give you a reference, which is impossible at this stage
do you know the product number P/N ?
for a desktop computer
HP Desktop PCs - How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number? | HP® Customer Support
Give the full name with the product number P / N
HP Desktop M01-F1xxx
the requested product number must look like this
Product Number: 9EE50AA # ABA
the model corresponding to this number will therefore be
HP Desktop - M01-F1033wb

have you tried this game?
VIDEO CARD: NVidia GeForce GTX 560 / AMD Radeon HD 6950 / Intel UHD 630 Integrated Graphics (DirectX 11)
if it's the latter, it might work with a computer well below your configuration
If you play with a much more powerful game, then you could have power problems, if the graphics card requires more resources
