Dear Comunity HP Support,
I am contacting you to request guidance on how to process the warranty for my HP 1TB EX900 M.2 SSD.
The device has what appears to be factory damage and is less than a year old. I have attempted to validate the warranty through your website's main page, using both the serial number (edited) and the part numbers, but I have been unable to get the system to recognize it or find any information.
Given this situation, could you please tell me which specific department or channel I should contact to validate the warranty and arrange for a possible replacement of my SSD? I need to know the proper procedure and the relevant contacts for my case.
I appreciate your prompt response and any guidance you may have.
