Hello, I have a similar computer, though with a Baker instead of a Rothon Motherboard.
That being said, unless you can get your hands on a GTX 900 or a GTX 1050 series GPU, it'd be for the best to buy a 400W or a 500W (HP PSU 400Watt --Part Number# L04618-800-- HP PSU 500 Watt -- Part Number# L05757-800-- for shopping reference) as that'll most likely have the power to juice up the later Nvidia GPUs, such as 1650's, 1660's, 2060's, and potentially the 3060's, but with the latter two choices, you should stay with the 500W PSU.
So in a nutshell, if you don't need a six-pin connector type GPU, then you could find a GTX 900 or even 700 series, as many games play well even with these older pieces of gaming hardware. However, if you are looking to upgrade into the GTX 10's, or especially the RTX 2060 or 3060, invest in a 500W PSU, that way you'll get a lot of wattage to play around with, especially getting to the beefier GPUs.
That being said, I am a newbie who only got to install a 1650 because of experts in PSU stuffs on here.

You can find the graphic and card info by using these simple steps:-
- Click Start.
- On the Start menu, click Run.
- In the Open box, type " (without the quotation marks), and then click OK.
- The DirectX Diagnostic Tool opens. ...
- On the Display tab, information about your graphics card is shown in the Device section.

you will probably find graphics cards
who do not need a more powerful power supply
but you are likely to be strongly disappointed
these are generally poorly performing graphics cards
I had read a topic some time ago where a user was advised a graphics card of this type, and the user came back later, to indicate that he was ultimately not satisfied
