Hi y'all
I'm in the UK and have a new shiny 34 inch curved monitor supplied by work (for the new normal!). It works fine with my newer X360 laptop but my older home PC (Pavilion PC 570-p5xx) is limited to 2560x1080 whereas the recommended resolution for this screen is 3440 x 1440 (at 60Hz).
It's running off the default Intel HD 630 graphics card shipped as standard using HDMI and I'm wondering what the quickest/cheapest/simplest upgrade is to generate the resolution required (hopefully without upgrading PSU etc....).
Thanks for any insights shared 👍

That should do it.

Hi,
Thanks for the response. Unfortunately, that model is showing as EOL in the UK, but also it states Max. Resolution: 2560 x 1600 and I'm looking for 3440 x 1400.
Correction..Max res for was for DVI not HDMI which is indeed 4096x2160 @24 Hz and I've found one on Amazon!

Just to assist you, the OP has an HP 570-p552na with the dreaded Lubin motherboard. That restricts the length of dual slot cards. Single slot cards, or very short dual slots cards must be used.
Because of this, the GT 1030 is recommended. This meets the OP needs at 7680x4320@60 Hz, and has 2 versions. a 20W and 30W, both of which do not require a new PSU.
