I have an OMEN 45L Gaming Desktop and would like to upgrade my existing GE Force RTX 3080 Ti w/12Gb memory with a GE Force RTX 4080 Super w/16 Gb memory. I have an existing 800 watt power supply. Will the RTX 4080 fit and would I need to upgrade my power supply?

Welcome to our HP community forum!
What model RTX 3080 Ti do you have -perchance the HP OEM variety?
Please measure the length of your card, and also measure how much additional space -lengthwise, you got. If you got 300 mm (11.8 inches) or more, you're in business for an RTX 4080 Super, such as this model.
The other good news is that the RTX 4080 Super's TDP (320-watt) is a little less than your card (350-watt), so you do not need to upgrade your power supply either.
Hope this was helpful.
