Hello there,
I got my Desktop 8 months ago and got a NVIDIA GT 710 2GB ddr3 installed in it.
I am familiar with computer hardware and have upgraded it's RAM myself and it is working fine.
Recently i bought a new Graphics Card and would like to install it.
When i opened the case, i saw my old graphic card in the PCIe slot.
I tried to pull it out with enough force but it wouldn't come out.
FYI, there is no screws and locks in the case's brackets, its open .
I haven't applied more force thinking it might damage the card.
Please help me with the issue and if i should apply more force for it to come out.
A troubleshooting video will be appreciated.Motherboard

Assuming you know about the lock on the slot but will mention it just in case. There is a tab on the right end of the PCIx slot (as pictured) that needs to be depressed upwards as the picture is oriented, before the card will come out.
I'm not an HP employee.
