Product: Hp compaq dc7900 small form factor

Hi everyone!

I had a dc 7900 small form factor, now I want to upgrade a video card nvidia quadro k620. I don't know that my computer will be compatible with nvidia k620 or not?

Please help me. Thanks all!

@Huynguyens , welcome to the forum.

 

Here is the video card at Newegg:  https://www.newegg.com/pny-vcqk620-pb/p/N82E16814133560?Description=nvidia%20quadro%20k620&cm_re=nvi...

 

You should look at the "Specifications" tab to see all of the information that you need.  The measurements of the card are 6.30" x 2.71".  You can measure the space where it will be installed to see if it will fit; leaving space for good airflow.

 

The only problem that I can possibly see may be your power supply unit (PSU).  It is only 240W.  While the specifications on the card state that it only requires 41W to operate properly, I am not certain that the 240W is enough.  I suggest contacting the manufacturer's Tech Support for help.  They are the experts on their products.
