Hi:

The 1030 GT draws 30 watts of power.

That may be a bit much for a 200W power supply.

I recommend you install the GT 710, which only draws 19 watts of power and that would be more suitable for a PC with a 200W power supply.

Your'e very kind for your quick response. I'd like to install GT 1030, so I think the only way is upgrading the PSU. Do you know what kind or PSU do I need and where can I find it? Thank you.

You're very welcome.

The power supplies are proprietary and I don't know if you can buy a higher wattage P/S for the SFF model series.

I doubt that you can.

If you want to try the GT 1030 in there, it will work.

I am just concerned that over time the power supply may give out on you earlier than it would have normally.

It may also work forever.

The quickspecs indicate that the GT 730 was an optional card in the SFF, and that draws more power (38W) than the GT 1030.

Thank you.

I knew that the more power the system demands on the PSU the shorter its life is. But I really don't spend hours playing games, so I guess that if the greatest power consumption occurs when you play games, it won't force de PSY very much.

Thank you very much, you have been very kind and you have helped me a lot.

If I ever have another question I will not hesitate to ask again! 🙂
