Hi and thank you all for help.
My kid want me to upgrade graphic card for him but I’m not sure which one will work with Lubin motherboard.
Now he is using original which came with PC Radeon R5 435.

I don't think you need a new case, you can just upgrade the PSU to a 550 watt unit like the Corsair CX550. If you upgrade the PSU, you may also be able to go for something more powerful than the RX 550 such as an RX 570. An RX 570 will give you great performance and its only around 60 dollars more expensive than an RX 550.

If you don't want to upgrade the PSU, then a GT 1030 will be your best bet as it provides better performance for your system at a very low wattage of 30 watts. Ignore the people who say that the GT 1030 is too overpowered for a 180W PSU, as a GT 1030, combined with a standard 65W processor, will only draw about 170 watts when the system is at full processor AND GPU utilization from the 12v rail, which is usually how HP measures the max capacity of their PSUs.
