I am searching for a graphics card to upgrade my son's HP Slim Desktop - S01-aF0134z -
to play his games like Roblux, Amoung Us, MineCraft etc. - they all work "OK, but a little slow" he wants more fps -
he is 12 and we just need something to last a couple more years until his game needs change.
I am currently looking at the
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 4GB GDDR6 PCI
However, I am not sure if the PC is compatible.
I looked up the specs for this computer.
HP Slim Desktop - S01-aF0134z, Windows 11 Home, AMD Ryzen™ 3, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD, 1TB HDD
and it says it has "Integrated: AMD Radeon™ Graphics"
1. Can i even upgrade the graphics card if its integrated.
2. it says its Power supply is 65 W Smart AC power adapter...seems low is that right?
and if so can the GTX 1650 be used to upgrade to?
thanks

Hi
Sorry, the 65 watt power limit and no PCIe x16 slot suggests it is not possible to install a better graphics card in the MB.
Your PC has an external 65 watt power adapter.

The included MB does not have the PCIe x16 slot needed to install a discrete graphics card. Check "Expansion slots" at this link.
