What is the maximum wattage available to upgrade the graphics card on an Envy 750-514.
Is there any reason why a AMD Radeon Pro WX-2100 single slot powered card (drawing 30 watts) would not work?

You likely need to turn off Secure Boot.
Read down to installing new hardware.

Usually there is a reason for this inquiry other than what you asking ! What is the intent? Cards are chosen for a purpose.

The intent is to confirm that an AMD Radeon Pro WX-2100 will fit and not have issues if installed in the referenced system.
I wanted to use sketchup but it doesn't run on this machine with HD620 integrated graphics. Also if I understand correctly, since I use Revit most of the day as a small firm architect, this card would work for this application much better than a gaming card. In addition this would allow me to drive 1440p displays.

Will an Envy Desktop with a Odense2-K motherboard, I5 chip and 12 gb of ram run a AMD Radeon pro WX3200 pulling less than 50 watts? I have loaded change the bios on the HP to legacy boot, but the monitors still doe not receive the signal from the wx3200 card. The motherboard currently has intergrated graphics. Need help as AMD isn't sure if the HP Envy computer will support the graphics card.

Turned off the Secured Boot, but the intergrated video controller is still working and the PCI card is not.
Would changing the setting in the Bios PCI VGA Configuration allow the card in the PCI slot to work?....it is currently set as follows:
ATI VGA Controller: Non-boot device
Intel VGA Controller: Primary VGA device
