Product: HP Z2 G9 Tower Workstation with NVIDIA T1000 8 GB
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I have HP Z2 G9 Tower Workstation (4Y0H8AV).
It has 700W PSU.
The current graphics card is the T1000 8 GB.
I need to run LLMs locally, but it is painfully slow.
I need to upgrade to a top-end graphics card, especially if there is one that is compatible with my existing HP system and also recommended for running LLMs.
Any suggestions?
price is not an issue. Just compatibility and speed.

Hi @strokebow
it all depends on the price, there are compatible cards for this model which are the High-End 3D, see page 8 of the manual.
