The recommended graphics card to play Age of Mythology Retold smoothly and enjoyably would be an RX 570 or equivalent.
With your 400-watt power supply in mind as well as your budget, this is the best low-cost graphics cards at this point in time in my opinion that may appeal to you: an RX 5500 XT for $130 via Amazon: Amazon.com: ASRock AMD Radeon RX 5500 XT Challenger D 4GB OC GDDR6 Graphic card, 3 x DisplayPort, 1 ....

Your HP ENVY Desktop TE01-2250xt CTO (1K4F1AV) is either powered by a 310-watt or a 400-watt power supply. I would guess a 310-watt power supply. Please check the product label on your power supply and report back.
In any regard, let's go through your graphics questions.
A GTX 645 has a 65-watt TDP, and can be powered by a 310-watt power supply.
Vega 8 pertains to the iGPU in an AMD Ryzen processor, which your PC is not compatible with.
The Iris Graphics 550 pertains to 6th gen Intel Skylake processors, which is also not compatible with your PC.
A GTX 970 requires at least a 400-watt power supply, and the RX 570 requires at least a 500-watt power supply.
