What is the best graphics card compatible with a HP Envy 700-406 Computer to support a HP Pavilion 32" LED QHD Monitor (2560x1440 resolution)?

@Born-to-Mambo , welcome back to the forum.
Here is a small, but powerful, video card that should work fine. It is one of very few that appears to have the power that you need, but will work with your 300W power supply unit (PSU). I suggest reading the Reviews to see what users have to say about it. There would be many more options if you upgraded the PSU. However, that adds to the expense.
