My brother and I like to play games such as Subnautica, Minecraft, and Dying Light. We really like Subnautica, but it's almost impossible to play the game. The main problem is the graphics which is running on an AMD Radeon HD 7660D. I'd love to upgrade the processor as well which is an AMD Trinity Quad-Core A10-5700. I'm worried I'll buy both and find out that neither are compatible. Any suggestions are very appreciated!
My other specs are:
Windows 10 (64 bit)
1 TB hard drive
8 GB RAM (also willing to upgrade as well)
Motherboard: MSI MS-7778 (Jasmine)
Power supply: Internal 300W (100V-240V)

The slight CPU upgrade to the A10-5800K (which you could not clock) would not be worth the hassle. It is only 6% faster, and not energy efficient. The A10-5700 uses 35% less wattage.
About running the game: Type in google serach engine "can you RUN it" without the quotes. Enter the game name, and follow the prompts to test your system adding just a GTX 1050Ti 4GB card. It should run on your 300W PSU.
