I'm looking to do a graphics card update. When I got my computer in 2021, I installed an NVIDIA Quadro 2000. This is no longer compatible with Adobe Premiere Pro, so I need to upgrade. I still have the stock power supply, so I may need to upgrade that as well.
Can you recommend a graphics card that will fit my computer and work well for a casual 4K video editing hobbyist... preferably one that I can install myself with very basic knowledge of such things.

Welcome to our HP Community forum!
I need a little bit more info from you. I believe that your HP ENVY Desktop PC TE01-1000i (1K4E8AV) is fitted with the Baker motherboard (SSID: 8767) and likely a 310-watt power supply -please verify.

Thank you so much for your reply. I've verified that the motherboard is 8767. I haven't updated the power supply, so it's whatever it came with - but I'm unsure how to verify that it's a 310-watt. Can you tell me where I would find that information?

And this is how you remove the side panel:
1.) Safety first: unplug your PC from power, and push in your PC's power button for four seconds in order to release any residual power.
2.) unscrew this screw found at the back of your PC either with a flathead or star screwdriver:
3.) Then slide the top panel back and set it aside. You will see the power supply's label here:

All right, given recommended graphics cards for Adobe Premiere Pro, I looked for the best deals/budget-driven cards that wouldn't break the bank.
Yes, you'll definitely need to upgrade your power supply. A 180-watt power supply wouldn't even get you anywhere near to power a minimum recommended graphics card.
There is a 400-watt compatible power supply for your PC with p/n: L69242-800 which is equipped with one 6+2-pin PCIe power cable. You can purchase one of these power supplies online, such as via this Trusted eBay Seller: New PSU Power Supply For HP 400W L69242-800 US | eBay.

Thank you again for your speedy reply. I got my PSU and graphics card delivered an hour ago, and they're already installed and working great so far. I ended up going with the RTC 4060 Ventus 2X. It's crazy how much faster my 4K videos are rendering.
Appreciate your help!
