Example: Pavilion 570-p0xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to use 4 monitors on this computer (Pavilion 570). My Geek Squad guy told me if i installed a graphics card I could also use the legacy HDMI and VGA ports. So, I purchased a Nvidia GEFORCE GT710 and a 400 watt PSU. Installed both with no issue. Now I cant get a signal from my legacy ports.... Help please.

The model number posted is not complete, so I cannot verify devices installed.  For instance, I have to assume there was not a graphics card installed to begin with.  What you are referring to as Legacy ports must be the integrated graphics ports.

( integrated as part of the motherboard)   Those will be deactivated when a separate graphics card is installed.  On most PC's that is not configurable, but is the way it is.  The Nvidia GEFORCE GT710 's that I checked on can support three separate monitors.

So now down to running the last - 4th monitor.  Use a USB to whatever output is needed, as this one:

Or if the PC does not have USB 3.0 ports

https://www.amazon.com/Plugable-Graphics-Multiple-1920x1080-Chromebook/dp/B004AIJE9G/ref=sr_1_3?keyw...

I recommend Plugable adapters because they just work but feel free to try a different brand.
