You did not mention the CPU nor the power supply in your system
If you have Intel processor with HD 630 graphics then 4k is supported and no co-processor graphics is required.
If you want to add a discrete graphics adapters such a NVidia or AMD then you very likely need the 500 watt power supply
I see the NVidia GTX-1080 is listed as an option. If that is not in your budget then the 1060 or 1070 will work but willneed that 500 watt.
You can verify that graphic boards support 4k resolution by looking at tech power up and selecting a board that is in your budget.
For example, the GT-730 does not have 4k resolution as shown here
https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/geforce-gt-730.c2590
it only has maximum of 1366x768
You can scroll the "Relative Performance" and select a device such as GTX-1060 and observe it has 3840x2160 which is gaming 4k but not professional 4K such as for studios.

Thank you Beemer for the response, appreciate it.
My CPU is I7 7700 3.6 ghZ.
Power supply is 500 watts
My embeded graphics card is Intel HD 630, however it says maximum resolution is 1920x1080 i don't know why.
So i figured i needed seeprate one.
Anyways im not looking for gaming I just need to boost my screen resolution to 2160 x or 3840 and enhance colors to enjoy watching movies . So pretty basic budget friendly card with 4K support is enough.
Thanks

Supposedly 4k capable according to intel

you might need a better driver
Even RTX 2060 or 3060 seem reasonable priced compared to a year ago
[edit] I just looked up your CPU and looks OK
try this new drive that supports UHD on intel

there is even a ne BIOS release just a month ago
