Hello I have an HP compaq elite 8300 cmt And im looking for a cheap graphics card upgrade . Something below 60 dollars. Any ideas or recommendations? I had the amd  HD 7350 . But im looking to upgrade. Any recommendations?

That looks big. Is it low profile?

I get mixed up on the  sff thing and "low profile" or whatever. I need something that is better then what i got right now but will work in this old computer lol

You posted that you have a CMT.

 

If that is correct, then a standard sized video card will fit.

 

If you have a SFF, it won't.

 

As you can see from the eBay listings that model comes in the low-profile form factor as well and has the standard size PCI mounting brackets needed for the CMT.

 

The one you linked is low profile, but if that is the only mounting bracket it comes with it won't work in a CMT.

 

You need one like this:  Standard mounting bracket. 

 

A Dell-branded card will work in your PC.  I have used them in the past in my HP 8000 Elite CMT and 8200 Elite CMT's
