I answered your question on your other post...If you have the CMT form factor it will fit.

I think for the money, and given what you wanted to spend, it is a decent card, and I don't see much of a point in spending a ton of money on an old PC--even though it is a very good one.
I love my HP 8200 Elite CMT.
I have a Nvidia GT 1030 in mine and that would be another card you can consider for <$60.
That seems to have a slightly better performance benchmark...
