Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

What kind of card will work in this computer... I know it's not a gaming PC but I just want my games to run smoother... I know low profile cards but idk anything about power supplies...

@Arlimin,

 The chassis will support an ATX PSU, but GPU card size (length and width of the overall card is a problem.

So what this guy is saying is the MSI GTX 1050 TI 4G OC worked for someone else without a PSU replacement?or is he implying that it was changed already.
