Graphics card upgrade

So I got a 

HP Pavilion 590-p0086

and i was wondering if I could put a 1660 ti in it or steer closer to a 1060-1070?

Provided that you install the proper wattage PSU. Be advised that HP has a proprietary PSU design.  An ordinary ATX 24 pin PSU will never work. I am linking a spreadsheet to explain PSU part numbers and various GPU cards.
