How do the existing fans cope with the heat from the new graphics card?

Very good question
but a little difficult to answer you!
In theory if you change the power supply it probably has a suitable booster, that should make up for it a bit.
If you replace the graphics card it also has its own cooling system, if it is correct it should be well cooled
Now, it will depend on what is already on the cooling side in the current configuration, and if you do, don't go and install a card that is much too big!
If the box is not enough, not enough space, for the air circulation after changing, there you risk having temperatures, more or less important
Well a little difficult for me to explain to you, but everything could go very well, but you have a significant risk, that it gets hotter

Sorry I’m new to this forum and wanted to reply to a past thread but it started a new one.

so basically I have a HP Desktop M01-F1006na and I want to add a graphics card. So I know I will have to upgrade the power supply also, but after adding both will the factory fan be good enough to cope with the additional heat?
