EliteDesk 800 gen3 Tower

I have a elitedesk 800 g3 tower,  and 3 TOSHIBA MG09 18TB HDD. When I connected 2 or 3 hdd to sata ports onboard, none of hdd can be found in bios, but it can be found while connect only 1 hdd. The bios have upgraded to the last, dose anyone know what’s going on, thanks!

Page 12 of the hardware reference indicates the dark blue SATA connector is reserved for the primary HDD.   The list under the diagram states the ODD is to be item "5" and any of the remaining light blue SATA can be used for HDD.

If you have optane memory I believe it is incompatible with AHCI or RAID.  I looked through the manuals and did not see any warnings about using M.2 ssd and  all of the SATA.   I have several systems (not HP)  that if one or more of the m.2 ssd is used then one or more of the SATA cannot be used.  This could be a problem.
