Product: hp envy recline 23'
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi. After my upgrade to windows 10 on my hp envy recline 23', My HDMI in port is no longer working. I have searched on the internet to see if i can find any solutions to this to no avail. Please how do i fix this. Nomally before the upgrade, when i put a new device on the HDMI port and press the HDMI in button under the screen it worked perfectly but now when i press the button nothing happens. Any help would go a very long way.

Have you updated all the drivers through HP support assistant or HP support page for your product?

Thanks for your reply.

 

Yes i have. Before now, even the mouse, keyboard and touchscreen were not working. I downloaded and updated the drivers but the HDMI didn't work
