Hello, guys

I'm trying to add an additional SSD drive and RAM to my OMEN by HP 45L Gaming Desktop PC, but I'm having trouble finding the motherboard specs such as a complete picture and manual. If anybody knows, please help me out. I think the motherboard model is 891700, but I could not find any information about it using Google. Below info is my computer information. Thank you
