Hi all,

I have the Windows Pavilion All -In-One Touch screen computer. Touch screen always worked fine until a month or two ago. Today, I went to try and fix it and went through as many self help articles as I could find. I updated everything and nothing has worked. I went to device manager and couldn't find my HID-compliant touch screen driver, but clicked show hidden drivers and it popped up. I updated the driver, but it said that there was no updates available so I scanned for hardware changes and nothing changed. I decided to restart my computer to see if anything needed to be installed but the touch screen still wasn't working. Then, I went back to device manager and now my HID-compliant touch screen driver cannot be found. It's gone. I scanned for hardware changes, checked for updates, searched google, but nothing is working. Some forums said that after a restart it would come back, but it isn't back. Also, my About-Device Specifications says that "no pen or touch input is available for this display", which is weird, because I know for sure that my computer is touch screen and it worked for a year or more without problems. Please help!

Sorry for the late reply. I just had time to reset my computer. And it didn't work... the driver is still gone and the about section still says that touch is not available.

Hm, I don't know if I will be able to do that since my product is out of warranty by about a year and the website says it will require a fee to contact them.

If the product if out of warranty then there will be a fee for repair. But you can still contact them.
