Is the HP EliteOne 1000 G2 27-in 4K UHD All-in-One Business PC what you are trying to install Windows 7 to??

Only Windows 10 and 11 are supported on that particular desktop PC.

Can you provide a link to the product PDF that you referred to in your last reply?

There is no such thing as a " UEFI version" of Windows 7.

UEFI (Universal Extensible firmware Interface) is the modern replacement of BIOS  that resides in an EEPROM chip on the system or motherboard of a laptop or desktop PC.

PC manufacturers moved on to the UEFI interface and GPT  disk volumes on new PCs and laptops quite some time ago.

Older PCs used BIOS and MBR disk volumes.
