he BSOD "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart" may also result from system file errors. Fortunately, the Windows System File Checker tool is able to check and repair missing or damaged system files. In Command Prompt, enter sfc /scannow to start repairing the system files.

hi @SaraMaggie
"WHEA-LOGGER PCI EXPRESS ROOT PORT ERROR"
it is mentioned a pci port problem probably here
but you have no other indications, because, it does not seem to mention a specific device?
You can check, remove the pci devices you have, and restart, if no more error messages, one of the devices is causing the problem
i guess it could be the wifi
if this one
internal slots and connector | (1) M.2 PCIe x1 2230 (for WLAN) (1) M.2 PCIe x4 2280 for Intel Core/(1) M.2 PCIe x1 2280 for Intel Pentium configurations |

where do you find this information
It's still about intel, but I can't identify with that
if you removed the wifi and still the same problem
it remains, the processor, gpu Intel UHD Graphics and if there is the SSD m2
does this provide more information?

and
please perform the hardware tests
everything is explained in this link
HP PCs - Testing for Hardware Failures | HP® Customer Support
you may have an error code , failure ID (24-digit code) , as shown
if so, just give this code here
then sorry, maybe I'm not knowledgeable enough about this problem
