Hello, is the following item compatible with a HP 22-c0014na All in one? I think mine has a hard drive problem.

WD Green SN350 1TB SSD SATA M.2 2280 Solid State Drive (WDS100T3G0C)

Thanks

Duncan

Hi:

Below is the link to the product specs for your PC.

HP 22-c0014na All-in-One Desktop PC Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support

According to the specs, it comes with a 1 TB mechanical hard drive accelerated by a 16 GB Intel Optane M.2 NVMe memory device.

I recommend that you go with the WD Blue SN570 NVMe SSD, which will provide much better performance than the WD Green SATA SSD.

There is a special procedure you need to follow if possible when removing an Intel Optane memory device.

See the last two sections at the link below.

HP PCs - Installing and Using Intel Optane | HP® Customer Support

Disable the Intel Optane in the IRST software (you won't be able to do that if you can't get into Windows).

Disable the Intel Optane memory in the BIOS if your PC has such a BIOS setting.

You can remove the 1 TB drive or use it for storage if it hasn't failed and the 1 TB NVMe SSD will be the boot drive that contains the operating system and programs.

This service teardown video may be of help to you for opening up the PC...

Thank you. Last night my computer froze for no reason, and I had to press the power button. It then wouldn't power on, or would power on and immediately turn itself off. Eventually it got stuck at the hp loading screen. I attempted to use a system restore point, but it said I needed to log in as an Administrator (me). Its now working - I've managed to back everything up. An initial hard drive check says its fine, so not sure what the issue was.

You're very welcome.

Glad that your PC is working again.
