Product: HP 22es 21.5-inch Display
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit and I want to upgrade to windows 10. Should I have to install drivers before upgrading to windows 10 from windows 7?

Windows 10 will work out how to connect your monitor. If you wish to install monitor software (if any), you have to do AFTER installing Windows 10, not before.
