Wanting to do a memory upgrade on an HP 24-df1019 AIO. Currently Windows Task Manager shows 8GB DDR4 3200 installed, would like to upgrade to 16GB by adding second module. Task Manager also shows, however, 1 of 1 slots used....can anyone confirm that this model only has a single ram slot? Looking it up elsewhere seems to show it having a second unpopulated slot available. Thank you!

Thank you once again for the prompt response Paul, the proof is in the pictures! I can only then assume that Windows Task Manager is incorrectly reporting number of onboard ram slots in this desktop. Appreciate the help!

You're very welcome.
What info do you get if you run this command as administrator in Windows Powershell?
Get-CimInstance -ClassName Win32_PhysicalMemoryArray | Select-Object MaxCapacityEx, MemoryDevices
I believe the task mgr report is telling you that your PC has one memory device in one slot and perhaps the above Powershell report will indicate the same.
