Product: HP 24m 23.8-inch Display
Hi there, I have been using my HP 24m monitor for around a year when yesterday it refused to power on and the white light at the back of the display is no longer turning on. It's definitely not a software issue as I've used the monitor with various different laptops and devices and it's worked fine so definitely a hardware issue. My guess is that the port has been fried and is no longer receiving any power from the cable. Had a look online and seems to be a somewhat common problem but HP support doesn't have anything on it.
Would be really grateful if anyone could help/comment on this/you have the same problem.
Thanks.
