HP 32GB Pendrive is write protected. How to remove write protection so it can be used again.

It is not possible to format or use in any manner. It shows write protected. It has become unusable. Any solution for this ?

You should be able to use the Diskpart utility to clear the read-only.  If not, follow the next steps.
