YOU:

Hi, I have an HP Pavilion 570-p019na with PSU which is the 180W D14-180P1A PSU (HP part 848049-002) which is totally underpowered . I need to upgrade this to allow me to install a NVIDIA GTX 1050ti GPU. What suitable PSU would I need ?

@nmcculloch,

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are planning to upgrade the power supply on the computer.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

As you have mentioned that you are planning to install Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti graphics card, the recommended power supply for this card is 300W and I recommend you go for a 500w power supply. Also, make sure the power supply form factor is exactly the same as the one on the computer.

I hope that answers your question and you have a great day!
