I own a HP Pavilion 590-0529ng with a 180W Power Supply Unit. I want to upgrade my PSU together with a new graphics card. I found a quite cheap 500W PSU from HP which is used with sunflower Mainboards. All connector plugs are the same as on mine. Will this PSU work on my computer with a Lincs mainboard ?

The HP L05757-800 is the only 500W PSU that works in that unit. The only noticeable difference between them is the processor. The Sunflower is AMD, the Lincs is Intel.

Every manufacturer has their card. Length can vary from 8" to 11". Cut a piece of heavy gauge cardboard 4.3" high and 10" long. Try to insert that. Cut as needed to determine the max card length.

But the arrangement of the cooler and electric power plug on backside is different as on my current psu. on my current 180w 12v psu power plug is in the middle. on this one its in the corner. mhh I´m a bit confused
Will it still work ? Sorry for all these questions 🙂

What is the model number on your 180W PSU ?
Your unit is foreign, so I do not have access to specs page. The PSU are cross platform.
The 590 is a series, then comes the individual models of that series. As an example, the 690 series has the same PSU. Here is video of a 690 with a 500W upgrade. I do not have any pictures of the back on an HP 590 series, to see the bolt and fan issue, if any.
