I can confirm it's possible to upgrade video card.
I successfully upgraded with gtx 1650.
After initial installation, my pc was not booting up. I googled for a solution, was upset by one page, that said to check if my motherboard is UEFI compatible. According to msinfo32, it was not. According to hwinfo, it was UEFI compatible.
Regardless of that, i upgraded bios, had to do it in several steps, first 2.99 was needed, without it 3.05 was not launching. After successful upgrade to 3.05 i installed new card again and pc booted up. Now it is working like a charm.
