All I can do is quote the specs.
You would have to get an answer from someone that had some 8 GB PC3-10600 laying around and tried them in that specific motherboard, and what the results were.
If you google H61 chipset specs, you will find that some motherboards only support 8 GB, and some support 16 GB.
For example this motherboard mfr says their board supports 8 GB.

This board claims to support 16 GB

Even Intel keeps it a mystery.

I've checked it but still doesn't answer my question. Like some Motherboards can use a max of 32GB. Does 2x8GB work as well? or the Capacity of the amount of RAM for the motherboard is 8 GB?

You're very welcome.
Please let us know if you ever experiment with 2 x 8 GB of memory if it works or not.
I have 8 GB PC3-10600 memory I could use, but no Cupertino motherboard to test it with.
Both my PC's have the Q67 chipset and that motherboard those PC's have does run 32 GB of memory (4 x 8 GB).
