Hi @ramprat02035,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

On the HP 710 keyboard, the "Print Screen" function is typically combined with another key. Here’s how to find it:

Finding the Print Screen Key

Look for "PrtScn": The key might be labeled as "PrtScn", "Print Scr", or something similar. It is usually located in the top row of keys, near the function keys (F1-F12).

Combined Key: If you don’t see it labeled directly, it might be combined with another key (like F12 or another function key). In this case, you may need to hold down the Fn key while pressing the corresponding key.

Using Print Screen

  • Full Screen: Press PrtScn (or Fn + PrtScn) to capture the entire screen.
  • Active Window: Press Alt + PrtScn (or Fn + Alt + PrtScn) to capture only the active window.
  • Clipboard: The screenshot will be copied to your clipboard, so you can paste it into an image editor or document by pressing Ctrl + V.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
