Hello support my HP 710 wireless keyboard and mouse doesn’t have a USB receiver. Please how can I connect to my laptop .

Did you buy this separately or did they come with the PC?

In many cases, the new USB receivers are so small that they are actually placed INSIDE the mouse case.  So, open the case and see if it is there.

Thank you for your response but I bought it separately and I also checked inside the mouse the usb receiver Isn’t inside.

Since you bought it separately, you could try returning it -- but they are unlikely to take it back with a part missing.

As to HP, no -- because HP does not sell the receivers separately.
