Does HP 8456 mainboard suport DDR4 3200mhz? Is a prebuilt office computer, used for Solidworks.
I have now 16gb 2666 mhz, and i want 16gb 3200mhz or 32gb 2666mz.
Thank you.

Looking at this User benchmark site, here are the RAM which performed best in your system:
Crucial Pro CP16G4DFRA32A 2x16GB (recommended)
Samsung M378A2K43CB1-CTD 2x16GB
Kingston 9905701-132.A00G 2x16GB
Micron 16ATF2G64AZ-2G6E1 2x16GB
I don't think you can -or should, for that matter, manipulate the CR (command rate) on your platform.

Welcome to our HP Community forum!
Your HP Z2 SFF G4 Workstation (with motherboard SSID: 8456) can be fitted with up to 4 x 16GB of DDR4 PC4-21300, 2666 MHz, Non-ECC, UDIMM, 288-pin RAM sticks.
Please note: the fastest any RAM will run in your PC is 2666 MHz. You can use 3200 MHz RAM, but it will 'bridge' (down throttle) to 2666 MHz.

We haven't discussed a graphics card upgrade.
You'll have to check, but chances are that your SFF is fitted with a 310-watt power supply. If that is the case, the best graphics cards that would be compatible with your PC would be the low-profile RTX 3050: https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/msi-rtx-3050-low-profile-6-gb.b11696, or the RTX A2000: https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/rtx-a2000.c3820. Perhaps something to think about.
If you have the budget to reach higher, you can upgrade your power supply with a 400-watt power supply, with part number: L28760-001. You'll have to search around in your country where to purchase it.
In any regards, with this power supply, you could install a low-profile RTX 4060: https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/gigabyte-rtx-4060-low-profile-oc.b11375. Come to think of it, theoretically you should be able to power this card with your existing 310-watt power supply, but you'll have to use a dual 15-pin SATA to 8-pin PCIe power cable in order to power this card:
If your PC does not have two available spare 15-pin SATA power cables, you can use a 15-pin SATA power splitter cable to get around that obstacle:
Perhaps I digressed.

Thanks for fast answers!
I have NVIDIA Quadro P400 and i have that PC at my job. I don´t think company will want to make some big upgrades,
that´s why i was thinking about extra speed or extra RAM( CR1, XMP...). Something that can be cheap or just áctivated´.
Any advice is welcome. 🙂

I mentioned all the upgrade possibilities except one: upgrade your M.2 NVMe SSD (assuming you have one installed), such as a Samsung 980 PRO SSD PCIe NVMe Gen 4. This drive should be your primary (boot) drive.
You have no XMP/overclocking features available.
