Hello,
I have the HP 915 keyboard and mouse that came with my HP Envy 34 inch all in one. unfortunately I spilled coffee on my keyboard and some of the keys no longer work. I was able to find a brand new hp 915 keyboard for sale and when I put batteries in the caps lock light powers on, but how do I pair this new keyboard with my current PC since it is not the original keyboard that came with the PC out of the box? Thank you.

I have the same trouble, though the Keyboard and Mouse have not worked out of box.
I get lights on the CAPS LOCK key when putting in the batteries, but no functionality, no response to key presses.
I have the mouse as well, but it does not work. I am using third party Mice/Keyboard to type this message.
Please advise HP.
NOTE: The receiver IS built into the HP Envy 32" all in one. There is no Dongle.

Please review the product specifications for the HP 915 Keyboard and Mouse.
The Keyboard has no sync buttons, no power switches. The only thing it has is a battery compartment which house 2 AAA batteries. Both batteries being new and having used the ones in box, batteries are not the issue.
The Keyboard and Mouse are not Bluetooth as it uses the built in RF dongle as specified in the HP Envy 32" C1000 Manual.
There was no Dongle with the mouse and keyboard out of box.
Reinstalling drivers, bluetooth, non bluetooth, etc doesn't work.
The PC is brand new out of box, so I am not going to restore it as that would be reductive to what I have already done.
The OP of this article had theirs replaced and it will not connect.
Mine are out of box, brand new and they won't connect.
This is a sync issue with the built in Dongle and we need the engineer behind this hardware to support why it is not connecting.
Please advise continued steps to find a solution to this issue. I have very nice keyboard and mouse I cannot use and I would really like this fixed.
Thanks,
Will
