I have a HP 970 Wireless keyboard, and the number pad to the right no longer functions as numbers, but instead cursor directions etc. 

 

I have attempted to reset by using the OSK, but this doesn't seem to have had any effect. Is there a keyboard shortcut to enable num lock?

I suggest trying it in a different PC or laptop to see if it works.

 

Did you charge it fully?
