Product: HP 970 Programmable Wireless Keyboard
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP 970 keyboard Dictate and Emoji buttons are not functioning.  Dictate functionality works fine on my PC, but the keyboard button just does nothing when I press it.  When I run the HP hardware diagnosistics tool, it shows the buttons are detecting that they are being pressed - just nothing happens.  The Snippet button did the same thing so I reprogrammed it to launch the Snipping Tool app.  Unfortunately I can't reprogram the Dictate and Emoji buttons.
