Hi dear support team,
I un- and reinstalled the software HP Accessory Center multiple times.
I searched the Hardware-Manager for Driver-Issues, un- and reinstalled the driver.
i connected via dongle and via bluetooth.
i tried different usb-interfaces. nothing worked.
HP has not deployed a single solution since 2019!
I am gonna be very thankful for any help here.

@sladjan, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
It sounds like you've tried many solutions already. Here are some additional steps:
- First, let's restart the Print Spooler. Press Windows Key + R, type services.msc, and hit Enter. Right-click Print Spooler in the list and select Restart.
- Next, try different USB ports on your PC, using both USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports. Avoid using USB hubs or extensions.
- You may also want to update your printer's firmware from the HP support site to ensure compatibility.
- Check Device Manager for any issues with your printer or USB ports. If you see any errors, right-click and choose Update Driver.
- Try reinstalling the printer drivers. Uninstall the printer from Device Manager, reboot, and reinstall the latest drivers from the HP website.
- Run the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool, which can automatically detect and fix many issues.
- If you're using Bluetooth, try switching to a direct USB connection.
- Also, check the power supply for the unit and check if it powered on correctly.
