Hi dear support team,

I un- and reinstalled the software  HP Accessory Center multiple times.

I searched the Hardware-Manager for Driver-Issues, un- and reinstalled the driver.

i connected via dongle and via bluetooth.

i tried different usb-interfaces. nothing worked.

HP has not deployed a single solution since 2019!

I am gonna be very thankful for any help here.

greetings, sla

@sladjan, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

It sounds like you've tried many solutions already. Here are some additional steps:

  1. First, let's restart the Print Spooler. Press Windows Key + R, type services.msc, and hit Enter. Right-click Print Spooler in the list and select Restart.
  2. Next, try different USB ports on your PC, using both USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports. Avoid using USB hubs or extensions.
  3. You may also want to update your printer's firmware from the HP support site to ensure compatibility.
  4. Check Device Manager for any issues with your printer or USB ports. If you see any errors, right-click and choose Update Driver.
  5. Try reinstalling the printer drivers. Uninstall the printer from Device Manager, reboot, and reinstall the latest drivers from the HP website.
  6. Run the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool, which can automatically detect and fix many issues.
  7. If you're using Bluetooth, try switching to a direct USB connection
  8. Also, check the power supply for the unit and check if it powered on correctly.
