Product: HP 970 Programmable Wireless Keyboard
I have added my HP 970 Keyboard to my computer as a new device but it is not showing up as a registered device in HP Accessory.
I have connected the keyboard using bluetooth and the USB dongle.
What do I need to do so the keyboard appears in HP Accessory?
Product Number: 3Z729AA#ABA

Potential solution found: I had to charge the keyboard after taking it out of the box for the keyboard to appear in HP Accessory.
