Hello. While attempting to repair this PC for a family member, the screen cracked when taking it apart to get to the inside.

 

Multiple people have complained that this model needs more pressure than being comfortable using to remove the LCD screen and, I have to 100% agree. I did not drop it, I did not hit it, it merely broke when attempting to get the screen off, and I couldn't even tell until I turned it back on. There really needs to be a better way to get into these All-in-One models that doesnt risk breaking the screen, like through the back? But I digress...

 

Does anyone know a product number for this computers screen so I can buy a replacement, or perhaps some sort of guideline to find generic LCD screens that would be compatible? Thank you so much!!

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to see if entering the PC's serial number in the search window at the link below provides a list of more parts than are listed when I enter the product number.

That did it! Putting the serial number in gave me every component in my computer!
