My wireless keyboard wont work at all. I put in new batteries, restarted the computer & did an update and it still wont work. Currently using the onscreen keyboard . Not quite sure what else to do.

That means communication from the set (keyboard + mouse) is normal but on the keyboard itself failed. Please check battery again, make sure they sit the right way and ON. Hope this work, otherwise you have to replace the keyboard.

Note: New keyboard won't work with existing receiver.

Regards.

Will it be possible to get another keyboard that will work with this particular receiver?
