Hey there,
For the past two weeks my desktop will randomly crash and give me the blue screen of death with the error of "memory management".After following the advice of running a diagnostic test the results came back and said "Windows Memory Diagnostics tested the computer's memory and detected hardware errors...contact manufacturer.".
With more searching, it seems as though the RAM is faulty but it seems there's no way I'd be able to pop open the desktop and upgrade the RAM...
Any advice on what to do or am I better off looking for a new desktop in the nearby future?
Thanks in advance :')

Hi:
Since the PC is relatively new, you may want to consider replacing the memory. It should cost a whole lot less than buying a new PC.
Here is the service manual for opening up the PC.
Upgrading and Servicing Guide (EMEA with shipping label) (hp.com)
Or take it to a local PC repair shop and get an estimate to replace the memory.
