Hi @BROOKE111,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I’m truly sorry to hear about the experience you’ve been having. This is understandably frustrating, especially given the amount of time you’ve already spent trying to get help. I appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

About returning the All-in-One PC purchased from Amazon

Because the device was purchased through Amazon, the return and refund process is handled directly by the seller (Amazon or the Amazon marketplace seller), not HP. HP does not have the ability to authorize returns or refunds for products sold by third-party retailers.

That said, HP can still help from a support and warranty perspective, depending on the product’s warranty status.

If the screen is falling out (possible hardware defect)

This is considered a hardware or physical integrity issue. Here are your support options:

1. If the PC is still under HP warranty

  • HP can arrange an inspection and repair (or replacement if deemed necessary)
  • You’ll need:
    • Product serial number
    • Proof of purchase (Amazon invoice or order history screenshot)

You can check warranty status here:
👉 Official HP® Warranty Check - United States | HP® Support

2. If the PC is out of warranty

  • HP can still offer paid repair options through an authorized service center
  • A technician can assess whether the display panel or mounting frame needs replacement

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
